not your momma's pb+j

Ever since my son switched daycares I've been having a HUGE issue with making lunch. Why you may ask or wonder? Well for starters his old daycare provided lunch (and breakfast + snacks). Secondly, I have a picky eater on my hands. Lastly, making lunch in the morning + fixing breakfast and getting us ready for the day is hectic.

To better improve my situation or to make myself feel like the "good lunch mommy", I've been visiting various sites and going to the library to pick up books on (simple) meals for little ones. Okay, honestly, I've been researching books on meals since my son was 8 months – no progress here (my fault I’m sure). Oh how I want to improve on this!
I am happy to say that I found a website called Weelicious which has some very easy + enticing meals/snacks. I have yet to try any of the meals/snacks but the pictures and comments make the meals seem grea! I’ve even been thinking about the website when I go to prepare meals…then I think about the market and how I have to go purchase some of the staple items...
To say the least I think I have a quarter of the year resolution…I am gamed to start next weeks lunch menu off better, I really am!
…but for today’s lunch, well, it’s not your momma’s pb+j
